Do you have a translation/interpreting project that involves the English/西班牙语 language pairing?

Grant funds can provide financial support for translation/interpreting needs through the end of fiscal year 2024-25. 的 request-funding-completion process will be coordinated by the Department of World Languages (formerly Modern Languages) starting in November 2022. Project funding is on a first come-first serve basis, not to exceed $6,000 per project. Each project must relate directly to the HSI mission of the University.

STEP 1: Obtain a Quote 

• For translation projects: contact 马丁Ariano.
• For interpreting events: contact 加芙Siebach.

STEP 2: Request Funding

• 应用 by following this link and attaching the quote.

STEP 3: Get Approved 

• Approval will come from the following email account: (电子邮件保护)
• 的 approval notice will reach both the applicant and the vendor. 

 第四步:跟进  

• After approval, coordinate with the translation/interpreting team.
• Receive your services. 

 STEP 5: Track Payment 

• Projects approved for funding will be paid directly to the vendor by the LANG Department (formerly MDL Department).
